Joe joined Baird in 2025 after a career in risk management, including nearly three decades as Vice-President of a large insurance company in Florida. He brings extensive experience and passion for helping others to the field of financial services. Originally from New York City, he moved to Florida where he spent his time helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. In the community, Joe coached youth sports for over 20 years. Recently, he and his wife Cathy relocated to beautiful Colorado.

He is a proud father of three adult children. Joe loves to play golf and cherishes spending quality time with family and friends.
